Our Employablity Coordinator, Miss Friend, focuses on employability; CV and interview skills, meeting individually with students to make sure a suitable destination is being planned, organising careers talk events, co-ordinating Years 10 & 12 Work Experience, Year 10 Mock Interviews, and offering information about the Year 12 World of Work Course.
Any students who need help or advice about thier next steps, can drop in to see her in F5 at 8.30am, breaktime or anytime between 3.00-4.00pm. Sixth Formers can also drop in during their free periods. There is also a Job Club held on Tuesdays at 3.00pm in F5.
Frome College welcomes building links with local businesses who may like to give Careers Talks, Work Experience or World of Work Placements or assist with the Year 10 mock interview event.
